\nhappy with something, please do let us know as soon as you can so we can fix any issues. Most
\nof the time the installation goes very well and customers don\u2019t experience any issues with their
\nblinds, however if you do find something is not write we would at first instance advise the
\nfollowing:<\/p>\n
1. Take a video or image of the issue
\n2. Send the details to sales@colourfulblinds.com or you can Whats app the details to
\n07903941965
\n3. We will then look at the issue and see how we can get it fixed we may need to order parts and
\nwill call back when parts are in stock.
\n4. We will work a day and time suitable to come and fix the issue.
\nAs mentioned blinds issues are very rare but can happen, the main thing here is we are here for
\nyou, the first year of the guarantee covers parts and labour and their is no cost to you.
