Its great to see that you have ordered your beautiful blinds with Colourfulblinds, you will also have
your installation date by now. We are now sending yours blinds for manufacturing and will work
towards your installation date, the fitting of your blinds is absolutely free and has not been
charged on the invoice.
Our installers are very experienced in installing all types of made to measure blinds, so be assured
we will respect your home and also wear shoe covers. What we would advise on the day of
installation as follows:
1. Please make sure the windowsill is kept clear.
2. Their is plenty of space around the window being worked, clear access is required, we will not
be able to items in the way, this will need to be organised by the customer.
3. Any you kids & Pets are kept in another room during the installation.
4. Leave enough time for the installation as it could take longer then the time provided.
The above is required to make sure the work is carried out efficiently as well as maintaining health
and safety, if you have any questions about the above do let us know and will do all we can to
accommodate.
Once the installation has been completed, we will remove all packaging and make sure any dust
created during the installation is cleaned away. In addition at this stage we will go through the
operation of the blinds with you and also the cleaning instructions.
Again if you have any questions please do let us know, your blinds are guaranteed for parts and
labour for 1 year from installation, so you can sit back and enjoy your blinds and know if anything
goes wrong with your blinds we are here to help.
