We want you to be 100% happy with the installation of your blinds, if for any reason you are not
happy with something, please do let us know as soon as you can so we can fix any issues. Most
of the time the installation goes very well and customers don’t experience any issues with their
blinds, however if you do find something is not write we would at first instance advise the
following:

1. Take a video or image of the issue
2. Send the details to sales@colourfulblinds.com or you can Whats app the details to
07903941965
3. We will then look at the issue and see how we can get it fixed we may need to order parts and
will call back when parts are in stock.
4. We will work a day and time suitable to come and fix the issue.
As mentioned blinds issues are very rare but can happen, the main thing here is we are here for
you, the first year of the guarantee covers parts and labour and their is no cost to you.
